The reps here definitely make $, and the product is great. I think product is strong and if we can go to market with the data ops platform - then we will be extremely successful and exit via strong sell or IPO. Like any playbook company - just be wary of overhiring / shrinking territories.

There was an illusion of PMF and the ICP that resulted in minimal deals going across the line in the strategic (enterprise) segment. Two major RIFs in 2023 cutting 50% of the company to bring the burn into manageable territory. Hearing it’s very much a grind with Andy Byron at the helm turning it into a playbook sales org.
