Nobody hitting Quota, managers closing deals with no rep involvement, no real training to speak of. There’s no marketing support- 100% of leads are self sourced. Hiring sellers with no experience, basically field SDRs. Management has no sales leadership experience- they don’t know how to coach, so they just come in and take over deals. Demoralizing culture, which is a shame because the products are great.

turnover is terrible. they fire people without conducting PIPs, even if they have been exceeding/closing deals.
