Started in early 2024 when the org was just starting to win significant sized deals and respectable logos. Momentum is building. Only seems to be accelerating with more RFPs from household names, which we end up winning due to the technology. Multiple reps have closed >$1M half way through the year... Organizations fail with the competitors so they come to Atlan. Unique spot to be in but will need to prioritize outbound motion (BDR structure is a little odd but designed for inbound lead flow, which Atlan has) for our next phase of growth.

Overall experience was awful. Wouldn’t work here again if awful. Toxic culture, managers are selective when it comes to promoting, basically you gotta have that “look” if you know what I mean.
