Overall a good experience: it's a professional company with great products and solid brand recognition. Compensation structure is dated; I'd describe it as pre-COVID, at best. Leadership competence can vary widely depending on the region and division - your experience can vary accordingly. The company likes people to move internally every few years, which can create a class of "tourists" that just bounce from one role to the next, never becoming particularly competent at anything - learn to identify and avoid those people (look for "global assignment" banners in their HR profile, for starters).
