The last couple of years compensation plans have changed every year and not to the reps benefit.Markets are broken up into four different quadrants. Large markets being for example LA and New York etc. there's no visibility as to how the sales organization is doing in the past. I do know that the number of sales reps has dwindled. In the past would be able to see at least percentage-wise how every sales rep in the company was doing. Were they hitting their target? Were they hitting their quota? 3 years ago or so that visibility was taken away, but at the time it only looked like about 30% of the reps were hitting quota consistently. For the most part, the whole sales organization has shrunk. We get absolutely no inbound leads at all. So if you're coming from an organization, we're used to sdrs making some of the outbound calls youre S.O.L here. You got to do everything yourself . So a lot of the time spent just putting together lead list, making cold calls. A lot of grunt work. So this is definitely a roll up your sleeves type of company.
