My Overall opinion is that the company is going to be bankrupt and need to sell off. Locally our culture is great and leadership strong as we dominate our local market. There is definitely opportunity to make real money but the company itself doesn't really help you- no in bound lead gen and very little training. We have a system for everything and it bogs down time selling.

The last couple of years compensation plans have changed every year and not to the reps benefit.Markets are broken up into four different quadrants. Large markets being for example LA and New York etc. there's no visibility as to how the sales organization is doing in the past. I do know that the number of sales reps has dwindled.
