Current Employee Augury had the potential to be a great place to grow a career, but the reality behind the scenes tells a different story. Leadership is fragmented and lacks direction, with priorities constantly shifting and little accountability. There’s minimal cross-functional collaboration with departments operating in silos, creating bottlenecks and confusion.
The organization is highly unstructured, which results in duplicative efforts, missed opportunities, and an overwhelming sense of chaos. Reps are overworked, under-supported, and underappreciated. Despite being told we were building something special, the day-to-day experience felt more like putting out fires without the tools or backing needed to succeed.
Employee turnover is alarmingly high - so much so that clients are noticing and referencing it during calls. The attrition has created credibility issues and has stalled momentum in expanding existing accounts. When customers lose confidence in internal stability, it becomes significantly harder to grow relationships or drive long-term adoption.
There’s a major disconnect between what’s promised during hiring and what’s actually delivered. If you’re looking for a place with strong leadership, a healthy work environment, and a clear vision - this is not it right now. Browse Other Reviews
