I really love it here. The freedom to build your own role, grow your responsibilities is pretty freeing. You are treated like an adult, not just a number. I feel well compensated for my role, but not everyone feels this way. As Augury grows, they are beginning to feel more corporate and are caring more about every last bit of margin vs making sure everyone is happy as they used to.

Avoid Augury!! They are the company of broken promises. There is no real transparency, ineffective leadership, no room for advancement and they will lead you on (i.e. promise you a promotion for months and then lay you off without notice due to their own operational inefficiencies and financial problems).
