I really love it here. The freedom to build your own role, grow your responsibilities is pretty freeing. You are treated like an adult, not just a number. I feel well compensated for my role, but not everyone feels this way. As Augury grows, they are beginning to feel more corporate and are caring more about every last bit of margin vs making sure everyone is happy as they used to.

Overall experience was good but the team struggled with scaling and goal setting. The goals were set where only a couple reps would hit them. There was potential to make good money but there were massive swings of ups and downs. Possible to have a big year but most were down years.
