Welcome to the solarcoaster. Solar is in a very turbulent time right now - 2024, even before the election - and Aurora is feeling it. We had a major adjustment in comp at the start of the year. The sales quota has been incredibly hard to achieve across the org, even for top performers with the best territories. Additional changes are planned for the beginning of 2025. We'll see!

Decent with good culture. Lack of direction at times and the co grew too fast and couldn't keep up with the macroeconomics
