Current Employee AutoLeap offers an incredible product that truly stands out in the industry. The platform's features and ease of use make it a game-changer for auto shops, and I’ve loved showing its potential to customers. However, the compensation package and the overall development opportunities for sales reps leave much to be desired. It’s frustrating to feel that the support for employee growth doesn’t match the caliber of the product. That said, working with such a strong platform has been rewarding, even if the internal challenges could use some attention.
