In my experience I love working with people at my company, there is a path to promote up but it just doesn't seem worth it. Work more hours as you go up, most people who work here agree the pay sucks. Keep getting pressured to sell more even when it is a slow time of year.

Wouldn’t recommend. Worked here for multiple years. This market is entirely based on what is going on in the car market. Some years there will be opportunity (gross in cars to sell) other years your making $100 per car. If you like having no time to yourself will little compensation knock yourself out.
