Poor giant corporate with little emotional intelligence throughout the entire business “leaders” Very self centred leaders. Hire & fire policy playbook Construction solutions are poor products being hashed together to try to compete with Procore and they already have a tonne of unhappy paying customers on the Design side

C suite is quite good but Director level sales leadership is pretty lost. They don't seem to know what they want their sales roles to be responsible for.

Overall Autodesk is a good place to work. It can be frustrating at times just due to the size of the company, it sometimes feels that there are disconnects between people in the field and leadership.
