There is little room for growth and there is immediate pressure to find success or your tenure will be short. Leadership is not transparent and they often tell you what you want to hear without being sincere or genuine about it. Overall, I had a positive experience, but once I was ready to move into another job role, I felt stuck since there was very little room for growth and development within the company.
