When I joined this team, it had been pretty decimated due to internal promotions, which honestly is great, but left the team under capacity and unable to deliver the monthly number. I am happy with the internal support to implement measures that have allowed us to maintain consistent capacity and deliver our number for 10 of the 12 months of our fiscal year thus far. I'm particularly proud that over half our team consistently delivers their meeting complete quota, and continues to do so while having promoted 12 BDRs to internal closing roles within that same timeframe.

Very great company to work for, the people here are very welcoming and really want you to succeed from the get go. Although compensation for the BDR role is on the lower end there is plenty of training and a great culture with your managers and trainers and plenty of growth opportunities.
