My overall experience at this sales organization has been extremely positive. I rated everything 5 stars except for base compensation, which I gave 3 stars. The training, leadership support, team culture, and opportunities for growth have all contributed to my development and success as a rep. I’ve been able to consistently exceed quota, sharpen my skills, and take ownership of my pipeline. While the commission structure is strong, a more competitive base would have made the overall package even better. That said, the environment has been a key driver in my growth and performance.

Company is diverse, however they over hire for sales roles mostly BDR/SDR which dilutes leads and doesn't allow key performers to be fed properly. The bonuses are great here but there's alot to be desired in ways of base compensation which is only $20 an hour and commission which is comparable to a small bonus per deal. This is a good team and definitely a great company to start as a BDR or if you are new to sales however if you have multiple years of sales and closing experience this position is not for you especially if you are used to making more money.
