Permanent restructuring, lay offs of hard working professionals, promotion of country allys, task of cost reduction of 100M$ / annum for 4 years, plus 500M$ share buy-back program. Will result in 2000 to 4000 (25%-35%) lay-offs in the next 2 years. Structure will be disintegrated and moved to low cost countries.

Company structure and system are a little all over the place. There are many internal branches and leadership and when issues arise it is confusing with regards to who to get involved. But overall, it is a good organization and an excellent entry level lab sales role.
