Company structure and system are a little all over the place. There are many internal branches and leadership and when issues arise it is confusing with regards to who to get involved. But overall, it is a good organization and an excellent entry level lab sales role.

working at avantor is a great opportunity to get exposed to the scientific world as you get to work alongside many companies in the industry. It would be nice to see a little more diversity in the company to reflect the world's diverse state.
