How is Avepoint for Sr. AE in Canada region ? What should be the OTE for an experienced sales executive (+350k CAD - ??). How to negotiate salary structure looks like for AEs base-commission, how achievable are their Quotas, do they entertain signing bonuses. I am in interview right now. Thx
