Former Employee Company has a product which is very complicated to install and pushes the sakes team to minimise this point with the prospects until the deal is sold, then the customer is locked into an expensive implementation which the company benetits from, the sales person doesn't and the costumer is very unhappy.
Many customers churn. They do not have lots of reference customers.
They are picky about every detail in a deal sold and try not to pay commission.
