The culture is great and it is not a “high-pressure” sales environment by any means. Of course, you’re held accountable to hitting quota but it’s not a competitive team, everyone is super supportive. Are quotas reasonable? How is the close rate and pipeline for AEs in the North American market? It seems like the use cases for Babbel's B2B segment are more "nice-to-haves" which I feel like can be a harder sell.
