Current Employee The culture is great and it is not a “high-pressure” sales environment by any means. Of course, you’re held accountable to hitting quota but it’s not a competitive team, everyone is super supportive. Biggest challenge as a salesperson is creating urgency, as the product is often considered ancillary. That being said, our ICP is typically HR which is a great persona to sell to!
