Overall, the new CEO is moving the company in a better direction and there are signs of positive change. The healthcare market itself is up and down depending on the specialty, which makes growth inconsistent. Barton does provide opportunities to build recruiting skills and gain experience, but compensation still tends to lag behind the effort and results expected. If leadership continues to focus on growth and fair pay, this could become a much stronger place for sales professionals over time
