Great culture and team of people. Awesome product line I can stand behind. However I think there could be less corp red tape at times and more financial incentives.

The Pharmacy division is a complete nightmare. Every other day, a different fire drill. Upper management (new and from traditional Pharma) doesn't seem to understand the landscape and the sales cycle of selling into hospitals (not private practice). Outrageous call/routing expectations that just piss customers off. Constantly undercut on price by compounding...Read More

I would never work for Baxter again. Once they acquired Bardy, innovation and flexibility to pursue sales goals evaporated.
