Don’t even consider interviewing for a pharmacy role. Leadership is beyond toxic and delusional. What was once an amazing culture has morphed into one of fear and intimidation. The budget expectations have become comically unrealistic.

The Pharmacy division is a complete nightmare. Every other day, a different fire drill. Upper management (new and from traditional Pharma) doesn't seem to understand the landscape and the sales cycle of selling into hospitals (not private practice). Outrageous call/routing expectations that just piss customers off. Constantly undercut on price by compounding...Read More
