I was given unrealistic expectations with a varying staffing market. The services I sold, in my opinion, were not needed as much as I assumed they were when I started!

Current Employee3.6Aug 5, 2025I’m in the associates division, and while the division is friendly and awesome to work with. I do not see the money potential. Managers are working all day and night and that’s just not something I want to do. It’s also hard to sell when you are getting undercut by every other agency.
