Not great. The professional development and training for my first sales job was sub par. They do not give you a long runway to succeed. Was told that I would manage accounts given to me, but ended up receiving no warm leads and spent most of my day cold calling. 200-300 calls a day. The only metric they use to measure success is meetings set. In-person open floor work enviornment was not helpful and was more distracting than anything.

My Overall experience was that this is a great place to start your career and understand the business. In the sales team, you control your full cycle of business. From building a lead to calling it to meeting it to hopefully one day bringing in an open position.
