Uncapped potential is very nice, but when you’re in a bell hated city it’s kind of hard to get sales . base comp is good enough to live , but when you have debt and expenses you need sales. If you can’t get them , it’s not worth it

great team and growth opportunities. overall performed well and got to learn alot going into the sales career i am in now. it's what gave me the experience. lots of turnover and moving around to different locations/stores. i was top 10% canada wide at one point and even had the opportunity to join ceo on stage at an internal conference award

Great place to end your career...not a great place to start your career. If you are under 40, go work for a Vendor directly, learn how to sell, make money, and then come to Bell to retire.
