If you don't follow what the leadership wants, you're out. HR has too much power over the organisation to no benefit of the company. the org could be more successful if it listens to the people.

People were great within the business but had so many products that noone really knew what to sell to who. Leadership changed often that led to mixed messages from the SLT. Culture was not great and most people were happy to just get the paycheck and tick the boxes.

A fairly dysfunctional sales organisation. Has nothing that resembles a usable CRM and no tools to enable effective prospecting. Entire sales and sales support process is based around existing business and no thought into how to acquire new logos. There is no communication of overarching corporate goals and how they align with sales goals.
