A fairly dysfunctional sales organisation. Has nothing that resembles a usable CRM and no tools to enable effective prospecting. Entire sales and sales support process is based around existing business and no thought into how to acquire new logos. There is no communication of overarching corporate goals and how they align with sales goals.

Bentley has 500 products, 48 brands, and they sell to multiple verticals from engineering, construction, owner operators, to public DOT and cities. Given that product market fit can be strong in one team and vertical and non existent in another.
