Current Employee This was a good place to be until this year when they increased everyone’s quotas to the point that they are unattainable and took away all accelerators, with no explanation. This seems like a way to reduce everyone’s salaries by a significant amount. Leadership also acts personally offended when they’re asked questions to clarify comp. It’s a strange time to be at Bentley so I’d approach with caution.
