Current Employee Amazing culture, but starting to see some negative impact from recent PE acquisition.
Culture: Dutch-influenced "flat" hierarchy where everyone has a voice and people can speak openly. There is work/life balance and a real "team" environment where people support each other.
Challenges: Enterprise Architecture is an emerging but very competitive space. Sales cycles can be challenging and lengthy. PE is asserting itself resulting in recent executive turnover.
