(Take with a grain of salt as I've only been here a month) It's not that the culture is bad, its just non-existent. I've been here for a month and have been largely alone. Even my manager, a great guy, will email me questions and he sits behind me. It just feels weird to me that a sales role/organization be so non-personable. Sales assistant role is glorified data entry. I'll leave another review if I'm promoted to L3 before I find a new job that feels more welcoming.

My overall experience was positive. Management was OK. Commission needs to be improved along with CRM being from the 90's.
