(Take with a grain of salt as I've only been here a month) It's not that the culture is bad, its just non-existent. I've been here for a month and have been largely alone. Even my manager, a great guy, will email me questions and he sits behind me. It just feels weird to me that a sales role/organization be so non-personable.
