My experience has not been good. Interviewers were not transparent on compensation and how long it would take to start making commissions.

Would not recommend, working 80 hours a week for the potential of big money in 2-5 years down the line was not sustainable, plus horrible micromanaging and ancient sales processes created an environment that was not conducive to growth.
