- Lead flow is generally low - ICP: IT & CX - Expected KPI: 50 calls + 50 emails - Leadership is good but expectations are unbalanced. Some segments receive great lead flow while others receive low, but both have the same quota. - Base salary is low, senior positions and entry-level positions have similar payout. - Product market fit is excellent, a company headed in the right direction - Great place to start tech sales career

The company culture took a hit after the 8th RIF. Blend's market penetration is high so we need to lean on our clients to continue to build revenue.
