Worst comp structure in the industry. A messily 4.5% for upsell and it’s on premise software. It’s nearly 98% profit margin and they give us a messily 4.5%. No decent salesperson should join this company

New business does not achieve its targets. Very hard to sell to new customers as you're competing against free MS. Very long sales cycles, 18 months from beginning to end.

My direct manager was great, and very engaged with the team. Sales targets for a new logo rep are unobtainable. Really great culture at the organization as well.
