In any given year 1-3 individuals who have been there the longest have the higher attainment, b/c they have large customers who purchase a large amount to let them hit their number. Everyone else left to fight over table scrapes and hitting your number is incredibly hard.

New business does not achieve its targets. Very hard to sell to new customers as you're competing against free MS. Very long sales cycles, 18 months from beginning to end.

Pros: Strong PMF in DDI. Cons: PE firm going to spin company out again soon, large renewal increases are focus for leadership. Outsourced all CS and Support to Serbia which is not working - extremely limited GTM support for sellers that is leaner than a startup.
