BlueStacks was a great place to work in many ways—the team was full of amazing people, and the product itself was genuinely fun and exciting. I had a supportive boss who really cared about the team, which made a big difference. However, it was very much a startup, and without traditional sales incentives, it could be tough to stay motivated. If you're looking for a structured sales environment with clear commission structures, this might not be the best fit, but if you thrive in a fast-moving startup with a great team, it could be a great experience.

Great teammembers across departments and regions. Poor communication from leadership, upper management, and product. No one on the ground level knows that's going on with the company or the product, making customer facing roles extremely difficult to manage. Nearly 0 product improvements while pushing sales and cs to sell more.
