Current Employee Product, engineering and alignment to Micorosft is strong. Sales engineering org is strong. Deployment practices are good.
Sales organization lacks effective leadership, GTM strategy has made significant errors in the last 2-4 years. Channel partner alignment is poor. Sales team talent acquisition process is loose and consistently brings ill-equipped and poorly aligned players in, puts them in territories that also do not align, then lays them off 6-12 months in at a very high rate.
