My overall experience was quite negative. The base salary was good, but the company was micro-managed from the top down. The comp program was very difficult to figure out and was structured very poorly. If you didn't have a sale in 1Q, you would not hit your quota for the year.

Great place to start off a sales career. You are able to master the basics of selling- cold calling emails and prospecting. Moving up within the organization however is difficult without having further outside experience in logistics/sales.
