Former Employee3.9Jun 18, 2023My overall experience was quite negative. The base salary was good, but the company was micro-managed from the top down. The comp program was very difficult to figure out and was structured very poorly. If you didn't have a sale in 1Q, you would not hit your quota for the year.

When it started expanding, like any other brokerage it started reducing compensation and implementing changes that actually reduced your day to day booking.
