Current Employee While the transition away from logistics and supply chain was challenging, the shift into the construction vertical has revealed significantly stronger product market fit. It’s unfortunate that many of the original sales reps have moved on, but that seems to be more a result of the industry pivot than individual performance.
For those early in their tech careers, this is a strong environment to build foundational skills, take on diverse responsibilities, and grow quickly. Entry level talent historically performs extremely well here, whether due to capability, product fit, or a combination of the two. Most years, roughly 80 to 90 percent of reps not only meet quota but exceed it.
For more senior roles, the expectations scale accordingly. Leadership is aggressive and highly performance driven, setting ambitious goals for individuals and the company. It can be demanding, but it’s also a place where high performers tend to thrive. Browse Other Reviews
