Stay far away from this startup. The worst CEO I have ever worked for. You will hate your life working for this CEO. Check the reviews on her previous company she founded on Glassdoor “ My Ally.” I wish I checked before joining. Almost everyone leaves within 6 months because the CEO is so hard to work for. Blames everyone else, but herself. She never looks in the mirror to face the fact it might be her that needs to change.

Boon AI started in the trucking and logistics space but never had a real market fit. The bigger issue was the leadership. Product hits home with every customer. Leadership is stellar with tons of industry experience and the sales team are killers. Super innovative product and engineering teams motivated around sales GTM. Sweat equity is the only thing that makes the juice worth the squeeze.
