Boon struggled with execution during my time there. The product never reached the reliability or performance customers expected, and frequent chaos from the CEO. Leadership is erratic, uncapable, and direction often felt unclear, which made it hard to build momentum. Incredible sales organization and leaders- but all have left

Boon AI started in the trucking and logistics space but never had a real market fit. The bigger issue was the leadership. The leadership here is great! A lot of legendary ex-Samsara folks who will teach you everything they know about sales and coach you.
