The best software and product the market has to offer for Cranial and Spine Navigated Procedures. The company doesn’t pay the sales reps to market standards. As of early 2024 they have reduced the compensation plan for the third year in a row by $75K. Most challenging sales job I’ve ever had and while I’ve made goal every year the reason I have stayed is because of my manager.

This company does not care about rewarding hard workers or retaining talent. Sales incentives are very limited for clinical specialists and salary increases are few and far between, and minimal regardless of success in the role.
