There are still a number of issues within the business including the unusual dynamic where reps are forced to put through opportunities that have no chance of closing which in turn affects their volume of opportunities assigned.

Incredibly weak corporate leadership in all segments and finance and ELT love moving comp plans for anyone close to over achieving goals, even late in Q4 to prevent paying overages and multipliers. Run from this company or any of its business units. Random layoffs that make no sense. Revolving door of CEOs.

Owned by private equity now. used to be able to crush your number and get paid, but they recently have been trying to illegally withhold commission from high performing reps, and move the goal post and add quota retroactively so they dont have to pay them as much.
