I've been with Brex for over 4 years, and have grown significantly with the company. I envision myself with Brex for at least 2 more years. Brex is a company I truly believe rewards great work, as that has been my experience. The company obsesses over its customer, which empowers me as a GTM individual contributor to have direct relationships with product managers, delivering feedback from prospects to builders, increasing my win rates as we constantly improve upon our offering. The perks are great as well.

Many changes are occurring at the company, including a new CRO and leadership changes. Also, with a new consumption-based approach, we're asked to sell net new, onboard, and drive spending simultaneously.
