Current Employee BrightEdge offered decent path to promotion as they hire within. I was able to do the sdr role, as role, sales leadership and then strategic account management all within 10 years
Some people would have done this in shorter amount of time but had to leave to do so. BrightEdge invests a lot of time and energy in enablement for sales teams
Where they fall short is micro managing - very script focused and not a lot of leash when it comes to trying new things
