To hit quota consistently you have to log a lot of opps that are not a good fit at all and will go absolutely no where. A lot of reps have to even log fake oops just to hit goal or even just be close to it. They expect you to spend a lot of overtime to build prospects in overworked accounts and spend hours to find a rare untouched account that’s never been called...Read More

Very little development, if any. Doesn’t seem to care about their employees or their employees time. We are incentivized to hit quota through unethical practices. Leadership is very under qualified and too many politics for a SaaS company.
