Reps and managers are unfortunately not hitting goal. Work to reward ratio is not good. Sales process has not evolved in years. Good people in Vp, flm, and ae positions, but every struggles with the same things, and nothing is done to make the sales org better. Good product.

Became a good SDR from ripping 100+ calls everyday without fail, but they work SDRs like a horse. Every metric is heavily watched and tracked, After hours prospecting is the norm. Also not good comp plan, but promo to AE can happen in 18 months
