Current Employee Leadership is frankly clueless. They change comp structure on a whim, seemingly with no reason for it (other than to pay less). They rarely have sales experience and are glorified salesforce reports. They don't add any value to the team, and only create more work for reps. Current Employee my experiance has been a great time at brightwheel, i am thankful
